FAQ
Do I need advanced JavaScript knowledge?
Only basic JS knowledge is required. We won't focus on stuff like variables, functions, if statements, loops etc.
Do I need React.js experience to take this course?
Junior experience with React function components is needed. You need to be able write own components and use hooks like useEffect, useState with them.
How practical is the course content in real-world cases?
Every bit of this course is designed with practicality in mind. You'll tackle real-world scenarios, ensuring that what you learn isn't just theory, but skills and code snippets you can apply directly to your next Web3 project.
How much time do I need to dedicate to this course weekly?
On average, you'll need about 2-3 hours a week. It's flexible, so you can watch materials at your own pace. All office hour calls are recorded and published to the platform.
What kind of support and resources are available during the course?
Throughout the course, you'll have access to a bunch of resources: detailed video guides, curated external resources, live sessions and closed Discord channel for any questions.
How long can I access the course materials?
You get 1 year access. If you need more time you can download the course and learn at your own pace.
Do you focus on UX (User Experiance)?
Yes. That’s the part most web3 projects suffer. The idea is to show other developers how to bootstrap web3 interfaces your users will love.
Do I have to buy/spend any money for buying crypto?
No. We operate on testnets where everything is free of charge.
Do I have to know Solidity?
No. Only JavaScript/TypeScript & basic React.

4+ years of experience in Web3 development and more than 12 years of experience in the Web1/Web2 world. Educator, occasionally local meetup and conference speaker. Currently CTO in Web3 startup. I co-created this course because I couldn’t find concrete and up-to-date learning materials when I was starting.
